CUSTOM ORDERS FAQs

Q: How long does a custom order take?

A: Delivery times can vary greatly based on seasonality, model line & year, parts & labor availability, dealer allocation and a variety of other factors, however most custom orders take between 6 and 12 weeks to arrive at the dealership. Specialty and limited allocation vehicles may take longer.

Q: What about my trade-in?

A: We can provide an idea of what your trade-in is worth at the time of order. Ultimately, your final appraisal will be completed when your new vehicle arrives. Given the length of time a custom order takes, you can also market your vehicle privately while you wait for your new vehicle to arrive.

Q: What financial commitment is required for a custom order?

A: We typically require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 or 2% of MSRP, whichever is greater.
